Sachin Anand, Principal of dbHMS (Technical Advisor)

Sachin is the founding Principal of dbHMS, a 100+ person engineering firm that provides technical oversight on the technology to be used in all of ACE’s projects regardless of location, and is ACE’s R&D department, evaluating and recommending viable new technologies. dbHMS has a well-respected Mechanical Electricity and Plumbing expertise and a particularly strong sustainability practice. Sachin is experienced in subjects of system performance and cutting edge solutions. He has been an Adjunct Professor at the Illinois Institute of Technology’s College of Architecture since 2008 and a recognized expert on all issues relating to LEED certification and sustainable engineering in general.
